Terms and conditions for use of the Mansoft’s CV site

By joining or using the Mansoft CV site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

The information you enter on this site and provide to Mansoft in any other ways such as mail, phone and/or interviews, may be stored in the Mansoft database until you ask us to delete your data. The database is physically located at the Mansoft headquarters in Denmark, and follows The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the registration of information.
If for some reason, you wish your data to be removed, you can log in, go to the page “Personal data” and choose to be deleted.
As an alternative, if your circumstances are such that you do not want to be contacted about projects for a period, you can on the page “Personal data” choose to switch to 'Inactive consultant'. In this case you’ll no longer be routinely contacted but your data will be kept, and you can always re-activate your profile.
Please do not enter any sensitive personal information, such as your religion, race, political leaning, union membership, sexual orientation or health information, since this type of information is not allowed to be stored in the Mansoft database. In some cases there can be exceptions where certain sensitive information must be given in connection with contractual obligations:
Clients can demand one or more of the following as a condition for a contract, which you in such case need to supply and allow us to store for up to 1 year for forwarding to the client if requested:

Proof of a clean criminal record
Photo
ID
Copies of diplomas
References from earlier tasks
Internet check of e.g. the first 5 pages of Google search on your name
Other validations of CV information
Sanctions List Checking (UN,UK,US,EU)

Consultant can at any time and without explanation choose to stop the cooperation either by deleting your data or blocking your CV from searches.

For self-billing and contracts we can ask for bank account information and possibly local social security numbers in order to make binding contracts and handle payments.

Your CV data will be shared between all the offices and subsidiaries of the Mansoft network, so all offices can find your Mansoft CV searching. For a list of offices look at https://mansoft.dk/vi-er-mansoft/kontakt-os/

The Mansoft’s Recruitment department may edit your information, both to assist you with updating your profile and to optimize your CV before forwarding to the client. You can always see your current CV data here on this CV site.

When clients contact Mansoft in need of a consultant and your competences are a good match, Mansoft will contact you to confirm that you are available and interested in that project. You are always free to reject a project while continuing to anonymously seek other projects. If you accept, then your Mansoft CV will be sent to the client for review. Our clients themselves have no access to search our database of consultants.

Your name, address, email, picture, date of birth and CV data will never be given to clients or others outside the Mansoft network without gaining your consent (in order to be sold we will have to send out your CV, and you will have to give at least your verbal consent). When you have been sold on a project however, other consultants will be able to see your name, position and picture on the CV site and in our ConsultantApp in a list of colleagues.

Clients to whom your CV has been offered, or with whom you were once placed on a Mansoft contract may also have online access to your name, position, picture and your updated Mansoft CV for up to 5 years.

It is optional to upload a picture, so if you do not want it shown on the CV or to colleagues then you should not upload one.

We keep your information until you ask to be deleted (or until 10 years of inactivity) as we expect you become job seeking again when any current work is over. Setting your 'available from' data correctly or changing to 'Passive' will reduce personal contact from us regarding jobs until you are available again.

You can ask to get your basic data and own uploaded CV exported, but your Mansoft CV will be edited and optimized in cooperation with our employees for specific projects and is therefore considered property of Mansoft.
